DAY 25 - CHRISTMAS DAY!!!: Jesus came FOR YOU!!!
That is the best reason of all. That is the bottom line! HE CAME FOR YOU!!! He wanted to have you in His family so bad. I pray that from this Christmas on, the reality of Jesus coming will forever be in your heart.
Enjoy the day. I hope its filled with joy, laughter and peace in knowing you are loved by Almighty God...now and forevermore.
It is cold, raining, windy and dark here in Monroe this morning. I love it!!! I wish it was colder, though! These are the kind of days you should do nothing but stay inside and hang out around the fireplace...and that is exactly what we're going to do :)

- I have found a "joy" in my life of turning someones so called "junk" and turning it into someone else's beloved treasure. It is amazing what a little love and care (and paint) can do. I love yard saling, thrift shopping, should I say trash digging?! Its all like treasure hunting, really.....you never know what you will find....and sometimes in the strangest of places. I started out painting signs on barnwood. I have been doing this for about 3 years now. I was homeschooled most of my life. When I graduated in 2007, I started selling my boards. But I later discovered how much I enjoy taking old furniture and painting it. Usually I paint it and then I sand alot of the paint off. The more chippy and banged up - the better! My prayer: that through all of this, you will come to meet the real, loving Jesus. He longs for you...because you are so precious to Him. He loves you with everything in Him. He is chasing after your heart...and He will never give up on you - never! "May the God of peace and that Great Shepherd of the sheep equip us with everything we need for doing His will...to HIM be the glory and praise....forevermore." Hebrews 13:20-21
